Samsung — Broken and damaged mobile | |||
Hi, I Sanjay Vishwakarma From Nashik, using Samsung mobile from last few month . I purchase samsung S4, ( Model name-GT-I9500DKYINU SERIAL NO-RF1G2041FWR) purchase date 24.02.2015. we face the Hang heating problem and camera not clear. so i give mobile to customer care they solve my problem but during repairing period they Broken-damage my phone and they are now tell us we are not responsible for this. We requesting you please help me out. Need your support. still mobile are in customer care office. Re guesting please solve issue at urgent basis.
