I purchase Samsung S22 Ultra on 10-03-22 vide Samsung Finance Plus (Loan ID- DMI[protected])with a promise from Samsung that i will receive the cashback of Rs.8000/- after successfully making the payment of 3 instalments.
But even after successfully making the payment of my 3 instalments, I have till date not received any cashback.
This kind of customer exploitation is not expected from a global company Samsung. It is very surprising that Samsung is causing mental duress on its customers by giving fake and baseless schemes.
I have also tried connecting with Samsung customer care and Samsung India Sales Head, but all the efforts gone in vain and they have started ignoring my calls/mails.
I again request you to kindly forward the scheme benefit to me and send Rs.8000/- cashback at the earliest or I will be compelled to file case in the consumer forum for this misdeeds. Was this information helpful? |
