[Resolved] Samsung — Cheated by dealers | |||
I am Ram Kumar Khandelwal from kalka(Haryana). I purchased one samsung washing machine on 2006. Last month the motor of the machine gets burned. So i complaint our nearest dealer M/S RAJ ELECTRONICS, PINJORE, HARYANA. They send one engineer Mr. Rehman to our house and change the motor and charge Rs.2400 from us and also he did not give us the reciept .But when we use this again the motor sparks and got burned. The same day we call the same person regarding this but he ignore, so we call the customer care for this purpose. the engineer came and said that the motor was duplicate. Again when we call the same person Mr. Rehman, he says i don't come. We told that we complaint this, then he says do whatever u want. We gave Rs. 2400 to that person . Now what should we do. This is also not good for company's reputation. SAMSUNG is a brand, but the dealer done this type of behaviour with the customers. Please told the dealer that don't do this to ur precious customers and also arrange that they either return our money or replace the motor of the washing machine.
