Samsung — cheating customer on service and service not provided | |||
Samsung s9+ Fault: display and call hearing Phone submitted to service center on 8th june, 2020 and have still not received job sheet. The service centre as confirmed no physical damage while submitting the phone and now technical team is sending an email of dent. Complete cheating is going on. There are many request number. From Mira road customer service Ketan had called as said I 'll get the phone on 27th July, 2020 and today it's 6th August still not received. Within this period 3 times visited service center. Every time under process come tomorrow. On call it's repaired but service guys are not available. Today just informed will received on Saturday I.e 8th August.
Are we so free??
