Samsung — Complaints against my samsung 28" (l.e.d.tv.)

I had been register a complaint on 7/05/16 request no.[protected] regarding manufacturing fault on screen on screen my 28" led tv model no. h4100, purchased by me on 20-05-15 and also reminded you many times but no postivity and responsbility has been shown by you till date.
Therefore i hereby requesting you last time to resolved my problem otherwise i will complaint aganist you in court of law
