Samsung — Defective and rusted microwave | |||
My microwave bought in Sept 2012 was not heating for last 7 days. After complaint was registered Engineer came and said interior is rusted so cannot be repaired. A famous brand like Samsung within 3 years becomes a scrap! I would like a refund of the entire amount used to buy the microwave. A defective microwave was sold to me. Warranty card is not required as all details about warranty is available with you. I have attached pictures of the "Acknowledgement of service request form" as well as the rusted interior. Alternately I would like a new replacement of microwave with the same specifications. I do not want a depreciated amount on submission of the warranty card and bill since you have sold a defective product and I am not at fault for the same.I expect a brand new product as my right as a customer. I am unable to buy a new microwave of the same specifications with the depreciated amount which you will give me. Hence please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
