Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice about utterly unprofessional service provided (failure to provide) by Samsung India. It has been more than two weeks since I have complained but your team as only deferring the issue by buying 48 hours and they have been doing the same since last two weeks. All calls, mails, communication has resulted in NO resolution of our issue and we are left extremely harassed. You have no shame of getting your name spoiled on social medial, no responsibility towards customer and I could not but only blame your incapable leadership. This is the last approach to the Samsung and If not resolved within 48 hours, I will take strict action and lodge a fraud case/FIR against you and your company( including global action ), but not limited to this.
We have ordered a television through Samsung corporate program and the same was delivered on 28th April 2022 via order number [protected]. when the installation executive from Samsung arrived and opened the TV, he found it defective. His report is attached. Same day we lodged a complaint to snmsung and they gave us an assurance of picking the TV and refunding our money. It has been issued over mail communication. However, since that day, we are running post to pillar and no one is picking the TV neither refunding the money. We are just receiving calls from team that they will transfer our matter to one department to another and will revert in 48 hours. It has been two weeks now.
As a last amicable attempt, I am writing to you, hoping that you honourably run this organisation and will resolve our grievance promptly within 48 hours.
