Samsung — Defective samsung curved uhd led tv | |||
Respected sir/madam, I purchased a Samsung curved UHD tv from Croma store in Pacific mall, Anand Vihar in the end of July 2015 worth 1.8 lakhs. Within 3 months the tv screen had issue as it started to flicker. Contacted the Samsung customer care and they sent an Engineer to check and found there was some hardware issue. They said that it was company policy to fix it and if the issue still persists they will replace. They changed a part and the tv worked fine for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the same issue came up. Contacted again and they sent another engineer to check. This time again they did the same thing. This time changed two parts and it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed. After the second repair the to worked fine for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks the same issue exsists. I logged a complaint in the month of January 2016 to give me a one time solution. They put up a request for replacement/refund. Got a call in the month of February that it the toe pavement request been approved and will take 15 days for the replacement. It's been over a month a they haven't. Every time I call the customer care they say that someone will call later that day but no one has. I have called the customer care everyday in the past 2 weeks and no one has got back to me regarding the replacement. They are avoiding my calls and the request for replacement.
