[Resolved] Samsung — Delay in service | |
Dear sir, The Samsung service centre of dumka collected my phone Samsung ME dated 18/07/2020 for replacement and told to me your replacement process will be completed within 3 or 4 days but till dated they are not replace my phone. Whenever I visited service centre they told to me every time since it is pending for approval from company we can't do anything. I am very disappointed with the service provided by samsung care and also requested you to kindly solve my issue as early as possible.
