Samsung simply didn't ship the product yet and resolving any issue.
I raised complaint many times via mail support, whatsapp, call support, but got no solution. All they say is "We are working on it and raised your problem to dedicated team" everytime.
They are just repeating the same without any progress for more than a week.
My current phone has problems, and unable to complete my photography tasks with it. So, ordered a phone from samsung website and it is the first time ordering from there.
Samsung should:
-Samsung shouldn't show wrong information at the time of purchase.
- I paid for the phone to get at delivered time, and not like pre ordering system, so, samsung takes my phone and bail out on delivering it on time.
- Samsung should give option to deliver other colors, storage options which are in stock in case my ordered version is not in stock.
-Samsung should compensate their customers for all the troubles by partial refunding, providing other services.
Truely worst experience till now with samsung.
