With reference to above, I lodged a complaint with you on 12/07/2014 for getting my washing machine repaired but almost a week as passed and I have not had any response from your service centre/ engineer at Farrukhabad. Why such hopeless services? If your services are such delayed, then I may never purchase any Samsung goods. Please immediately response.
