[Resolved] Samsung — Faulty device M31 mobile
I have to point out that a certain Miss Neha Kakkar has again and again opened and closed the case file without solving the problem. She has told me time and again that I have changed your job card for your satisfaction but this would not matter. She says I am the highest authority and whatever I say will be done and I cannot speak to anyone else. I have already been to service station 2 times once in Veraval and once in Keshod. The pcb of my phone has been changed than also the problem exists. The service centre personnel says now nothing more could be done in this phone. You guys just don't want to accept that the handset is faulty and harass the customer as you have already got the money. I have been following up after this for more than 10 months. how much more time you shameless people need.
