Issue:sweating issue for the fridge Contacted many times the customer service. The service person said the issue was sweating and it will happen 1 per 1000 refrigerators manufactured. Our complaint was well known to the samsung service in calicut, they played a lot and now our warranty period got over and the issue not resolved. Bad experience from samsung products (Two month back our samsung television also stopped working). Dear samsung team: we are expecting a quick solution on our issue. With out giving any solution/No action taken on my complaint, They simply closed the complaint. Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
