Samsung / Fridge — Ra20yvms1/xtl

Hello Sir / Madam,
I have a Samsung refrigerator model number RA20YVMS1/XTL. I have registered a complaint on 3 April to repair my refrigerator on WhatsApp number of Samsung company with complaint no.[protected].Company's service engineers came and change the parts but the fridge was not repaired. On 6th April a new complaint was filed by me again on the company's WhatsApp number with complaint no.[protected]. Again the company's service engineer came, Replace the parts they installed earlier, fridge still not repaired on 2nd visit.I filed again a new complaint on the company's WhatsApp number 7th April with complaint no.[protected]. The company's service engineers came again they checked again and it was not repaired even on his 3rd visit.
A new complaint was filed by me on Samsung's WhatsApp number on 10th April with complaint no.[protected]. Now for the fourth time the service engineers of the company came and took out the parts which they had installed earlier, I had already given them the money for these parts.
Today even after 2 months my refrigerator is kept like a box.The parts for which I have already paid, service engineers took them out and no proper further information is being given by the service center or company.
Failure to fix the refrigerator by going to the customer's house four times shows the company's and service center working style.
After 2 months, even after making full payment, my refrigerator has not been repaired till date.
I strongly condemn such services being provided by the company and by the service center to the customers.
