[Resolved] Samsung — I am complaining about my AC, worst dealer and service. | |||
On March 2015 I have bought a Samsung AC from Jamnagar dealer. On 8 Oct 2015 a complaint was lodge (Complaint ID [protected]), at that time serviceman informed me that there is an leakage in the coolant. He filled the gas and went, now on 17th April 2017 I have lodge a new complaint and a serviceman visited my place and informed the same issue again. when he is done with the inspection he informed me, there is a leakage in the outdoor unit and we will call you with in 24 working hours. Its been 3 days no call no information and I have to call the Samsung service center again and again for the same issue. On 20th of April 2017 I have again contacted Samsung CS and now they have arranged a senior engineer visit (Complaint ID [protected]). Today(20th April 2017) at around 12:00PM we received a call from the authorized dealer in Jamnagar and told us to pay round 2000 for the coolant. When I first lodge the complaint (8 oct 2015) at that time he did the same forced us to pay 2000 for the coolant and now again. I have visited his shop and he talk so rudely. Now I am done with all this and can not waste my more time on this, already wasted a lot. Sumsung CS services was good but I want that Samsung should take away the dealership from that guy and repair my AC. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 28, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have a video in which service man is saying there is some leakage but found non. As per the service man gas never gets over, He says in that video but gas got over and filed again, lets see for how many days it last long. Well now AC is working fine, Paid 2500 for the gas or coolant. In past 2 years coolant/gas was filed twice. Lets see what happen in future I will keep this video, the receipt, and the complaint number. If I face this issue again I will take this issue in the court. Thank you for resolving my issue.
