[Resolved] Samsung — I am complaining about Samsung a50s model | |||
I got Samsung a50s model, within in 1 year not even 1 year finished, there was an issue with motherboard, when I gave to service center, they kept my mobile for 1 month saying will check the mobile, after 1 month they r saying that ur mobile is not in warranty, this is like Samsung looting money from middle class people like me, when I gave mobile it was under warranty they kept mobile till warranty gets over now they r saying it is out of warranty, this is insane government has to take action on Samsung, I am from middle class family, this mobile I bought for 24000, this amt is big for me, this Samsung is making me fool and they r not fixing my issue, I want my money back.now the mobile is with service center Was this information helpful? | |||
