[Resolved] Samsung — in first use samsung microwave got burned | |||
I put samsung microwave on 12th july from vijay sales chandan nagar pune.in first week and in first use itself it got burned. I raised complaint with samsung immediately, first service person suggested to take replacement as many parts got burned, the second person who visited from samsung told us to pay for the parts which got burned and he told we will not get replacement. Then we informed vijay sales also, and they also gave irresponsible answer, they said if you raised complaint with vijay sales instead to samsung we could have given you replacement . What a nonsense answer. I told them that you can check complaint number raised with samsung along with date of complaint. But leady from vijay sales was not at all helpful. Finally i decided to go with consumer court and consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
