[Resolved] Samsung India — 345 litres samsung refrigerator with convertible freezer | |||
I have bought a samsung refrigerator with convertible freezer on 13th of july 2017 from master world, gandhi marg, railway road, aligarh, up with model no. Rt37m37245l and i have complained several times to the customer care about the faults in this refrigerator but i have yet not been given any solution. It takes 6 hours or more to make ice and water droplets start dripping from everywhere in the freezer and it becomes all wet inside the freezer every now and then. Every engineer that comes only tell me that its normal and does nothing. They all are trying to pass the time so that it gets out of warranty. I want a permanent solution asap.
