Dear manager of samsung company:

On 26.01.216, i bought a samsung washing machine wt1007ag/tl serial number w0535pag018834. Made this purchase at gondia maharashtra, form prakesh traders on 26.01.2016 with invoice number ptd4

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because the motor of the product not work as well it changed by your company 4times in last 1year

To resolve the problem, i would appreciate your samsung company. Concerning this purchase/repair or refund.
