[Resolved]  Samsung India — a5 2016 battery swelling

I have buy a5 2016 edition of samsung company and the set was in warranty period till 12/4/17 and i was pay to samsung care rewari to extend the warranty for 2 years so after that the battery swallowed and the backcover which is of glass will broken and i take that phone to samsung care rewari and they charged also for the glass.

Myphone got charger problem, I went your service centre tambaram branch they tolded as it will take 7 days to solve the problem. You people has no responsibility, even they can't solve this kind of small problem. I bought smartphone only for my business purpose, I stored my business details on my phone.if I given my phone in your service centre what can I do for this couple of days. You people are giving worst service, bad approaches. In my point of view even you not having talent solve this small problem, then how you can solve meger issues. Your service people's are not working with responsibility, they are only working for the money.during this 7 days my phone only going to sleep in your service centre. You only focussing on selling the phones, then why you are saying you peoples are giving good service to the customers. what worst performance in that your tambaram service centre next time I never suggests your product any one to buy very poor customer service
