[Resolved] Samsung India — about headphone, model ms 991e wireless. | |||
Hello Sir/Ma'am, On 16th january, I purchased samsung wireless headphone model number- MS991E from a local mobile shop in Kanpur, about which I have two complaints - 1. Shop owner did not provide any bill eventhough I asked for it, He said bill does not come with this product. 2. Later when I bought the headphone without receipt, went home and listened, headphone was making static noise. Next day when i went to him again to replace the headphone he refused in loud voice. Shop details are as of follows - BABUL MOBILE WORLD 122/61, Sarojini Nagar, Darshan Purwa, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208012. Was this information helpful? | |||
