[Resolved] Samsung India — About my tab's service | |||
Sir, I bought a samsung tab a last year in july 2016. After 5 or 6 months, tab started overheated and auto restart so i went to samsung service center, mathura. Where they said that there was a problem in motherboard and that will change in 2 or 3 days. But, they just updated the software and returned it to me. Even, i asked but they said that sir it will work now. After few days, the problem started again. Meanwhile, my samsung tab's screen cracked from the top mistakenly. It's a small crack but now they are not ready to give the free service. There is not any connection b/w small crack of screen and motherboard and even the problem is old.
