Dear sir/ maidm My name is kamlesh today (23/06/2018) i visited to ur samsung store which is in gip mall 1st floor in noida sector 18. I purchased h uflex headphone for rs 4999 there are 3 colour options white blue and black i refuse to take white and now i haveto decide among blue nd black but they advise me to tak blue they said its best colour good looking and then according to them i agree to take blue nd after biling they opened headphone box then i saw colour of headphone blue colour was not so gud nd not looking so bad colour then i requested them pls chng it nd give me black clr but they refuse that its not possible u have to take this blue clr we wil not chnge it while i m a regular customer of that samsung store i already purchased 2 mobile also note8 and s8 I just want that pls chng my headphone nd give black clr so pls take action on my complaint earlier i[censored] will not take action and my headphone not replaced i will mail to ur ceo Thnks Kamlesh kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
