[Resolved] Samsung India — air conditioner | |||||
I bought an ac on 5th may 2018 with the product description code, 'ar24nv3hewknna' from the below mentioned store: Global electronics, B-14 city center Sector-4, bokaro steel city, jharkhand Pin-827004 In a month the ac stopped working!! When we called the samsung showroom in bokaro to send the person to check, he told that due to improper installation, the wire got short and ac stopped working. He just told it and went away. Now, even after multiple complaints, the store is not sending anyone to repair it!! I don't understand why should we suffer because of their mistake!! The service is highly disappointing!! If that is the case, please take your product back and refund the whole amount!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
