Myself ajith from kochi, kerala purchased
samsung fridge model no. Rf50k5910dp (French door new model) from m/s
reliance retail limited, oberon mall, kochi on 23rd october 2017 for rs. 97, 890/-. The fridge worked fine for few months after which there was a problem with its chiller section unable to freeze the contents.
A complaint was raised on 28th jan 2018 calling
samsung customer care toll free number and complaint number [protected] was generated. A local technician attended the problem at my residence many times. Unable to solve the issue, the whole fridge was taken to m/s r-logic technology services on 08. Feb 2018.. R logic are the authorised
samsung customer service at ernakulam.
Unfortunately, as i write this email today after more than a month of its original issue, i still do not have my fridge repaired. Till now, i have made more than 30 calls to the customer care and local service centre, all in vain. After many requests, the local centre gave me an old fridge to support my daily routine which was the only good gesture from their part. The basic problem according to them is non availability of spares for the new model. As the issue persisted after replacing many sensors inside the fridge, the advice they received from head office was to change the compressor which again would demand loss of time.
Considering this, it is very clear that the only
person who is suffering here is myself and my family. And that is all because we choose to select
samsung over all the competitors hoping the south korean company would be good at after sales service. Sorry to say, the
samsung branch heads failed to deliver and caused so much of trouble.
The reason for closing the complaint number [protected] exactly after one month on 28th feb 2018 and reopening a new complaint [protected] on the same date without my knowledge or consent raises suspicion.
We at home feel dejected after having bought a new expensive
samsung fridge and the same being taken for multiple repairs soon enough and all parts of it including the compressor being replaced. At this point, i am sure any senior management
person would agree that a new fridge be given to me as early as possible without further delay.
I request you the same. Please look into this matter effectively and please do the need full immediately as we have already suffered enough.
