Samsung India — black spots on tv screen

Firstly, i would like to ask you what are you services towards your customer. Or is that so, that once they buy the products (On sake of your reputation) your responsibilities are over. Such an ignorance, that not getting a reply even after calling 3-4 times is just so rude.
And here talking about my complaint is,
I purchased a samsung led tv, model no - 32k5300, near about an year ago and come with an issue of 'black spots' on the screen few days afterwards but put a complaint after 2-3 months and got my screen replaced, and again within an year, the same issue has raised again (For the second time).
And you executive denied from the replacement for no reason.
So here, i am strictly warning you to take an immediate response asap and get it replaced otherwise i'm gonna raise it to upper level and publish it socially on networking sites or the newspaper it may be, because we are not fool that we are purchasing so expensive products and going through some much of issues within an year only!
