[Resolved] Samsung India — bought a wash machine front load (wf600u0bhwq/tl) | |||
I bought a brand new washing machine front load (Model no: wf600u0bhwq/tl), yesterday (18/09/2017) evening after washing 2 bed spread, and my 3 t-shirt. While spinning there was a "weird sound while spinning", when removed all clothes and found the rubber which is given in door has been sliced. Called cs engineer came in he was very rude and informed me to rubber is not in warranty but i bought the machine on 08/05/2017, just 4 months done and engineer tells "sorry sir, rubber and plastic are not in warranty and you have to pay"rs. 1, 365/-"for replacing the rubber. In 4 four months using machine once a week or once in 2 weeks, in 4th month rubber is in hand what happens if i use the same for daily. So when denied the engineer for paying the engineer ringed his manager that lady on call was even more rude. When engineer informed her that am not ready to pay her answer on that"leave the machine and ask them to speak to cs". I want to this to be resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
