Sir, I am totally disappointed by the service provided by you. My refrigerator being model no. 0450 rt24m is not working since last two months, aaccordingly i have put a complain against it over phone, one engineer came and changed a capsule fuse but it doesn't work, again we called and again a mechanic came, changed the motherboard, but that too gone in vain, on last 16th oct we gave a complain but till date we didn't get any response from you, sorry to inform you that we r totally fade up. Don't you think that its a long time to not respond a customer since 16th oct 2017? Was this information helpful? | |||||
