[Resolved] Samsung India — complaint against your toll free phone attending staff | |||||
Sir, On 14.8.18 my wife from her jio no.[protected] reported to your toll free no.[protected] that our above ctv is out of order. Accordingly, on 15.8.18, your engr. Mr. Umasankar agasthi, sri ram services, cuttack came and attended to repair. But he took some parts of tv for repair in his service unit in cuttack. Next day on 16.8.18 he came and fitted the parts and brought the tv to working condition. He submitted a bill dt.16.8.18 for rs.3320/- with a warranty up to one year from the date of repair. The copy of bill is attached. Again tv went out of order on 2.10.18. My wife lodged complaint on 2.10.18 and 3.10.18 to your above toll free no. Vide our request no.[protected] and ref. No.180040-samsung[protected] as said umasankar agasthi did not receive our several calls. Then, your service engineer mr. Sukant kumar, bhubaneswar contacted us to come to our house for repair. But he demanded about rs.600/- for inspection fees. We did not agree as only two months back we have paid rs.3320/- which includes inspection fee of rs.350/-. Hence, he did not come. But from discussions with him, it transpired that earlier person umasankar agasthi was not the authorised person of your company. Hence he is a fake person. But question now arises how your company could depute such fake person on receipt of our calls in your above toll free no. On 14th and 15th aug 2018? That means some racket is there and persons attending toll free no. Calls have hands-in-glove with such fake persons like umasankar and cheating the customers. We have lost rs.3320/- in the process. But we request you to kindly enquire in the matter to save the reputation of your company.
