[Resolved] Samsung India — complaint on service request without any action | |||
Dear manager, Services, I would like to bring to your kind notice that after multiple requests made for the service of my two split 1.5 ton acs in kanpur up, there has been no action by the regional service center. I lodged a service request with the number [protected] on 13th may for which the service centre very kindly forwarded the request to kanpur service centre. Ever since then there has been no call/message by the kanpur service center. I made the request once again on the toll free service number, who very kindly forwarded once again the request to the kanpur centre with reference to the previous call. Again till date there has been no call from the concerned service personnel. I as a customer request you to take necessary action against the concerned service centre and kindly resolve the service issue. Regards, Dr. Azhar jamil, H.
