[Resolved] Samsung India — complaint regarding worst after sales & service from samsung | |||||
I bought a samsung led tv bearing model number m5100 on 15th august 2017 it’s been 6 months since i bought that tv. On 6th of feb when i was watching t v it got switched of automatically, so i registered a complaint regarding that to the samsung service center on 6th feb 2018 (Complaint number [protected]). Next day on 7th february 2018 a service engineer from samsung service center came at around 6 pm in the evening to my place, his name was mr. Darshan ([protected]) he came and asked me what has happened, i told him that it got switched off automatically, so i told him please check and let me know first that, is there any external or internal fault, any issue with the continuity & connectivity in power supply or tv, meanwhile i got an important call so i went out of the room to take the call, as i came back i saw that the engineer has opened the t. V without my permission and all the broken locks are around the tv then i asked him how come you opened the tv without asking me he replied me that it needed to be checked by opening only. After checking the inside panel of tv he came to know that there wasn’t any issue inside the tv it was an external fault as the main power was not properly connected with the plug of the tv. While he was fixing back the panel, the way he handled the screen was very unprofessional and after 2 or 3 attempts he was able to put back the panel in a right place as i saw the outer strip/molding from upper side was on the screen he press the screen by his thumb and while doing this he broke the screen also, and when i asked him what did you do he told me sir it is nothing some times it happens no issues with that i will send a mob van tomorrow it will take your tv and get your screen replace i have inform all what was happend to customer care. Next day i got a samsung massage "dear customer, service order so & so has been cancelled due to estimate not approved" i was surprised and call to customer care they said your estimation charges are rs.30, 000/- you disapprove that is why your complaint is closed i request to reopen and do not close without my concern. This was quiet un professional and intolerable behavior shown by your side which is not at all accepted. It’s my humble request to you that please have a look into this matter and solve it as early as possible, as its been over a week. Was this information helpful? | |||||
