Samsung India — compressor comes under warranty but still company is not replacing because my bill is misplaced | |||
I had bought a samsung fridge double door in the year 2014, from vaishali ghaziabad. My fridge compresser need to be changed, but service centre is not changing my compresser and asking me to pay money for the compresser. My fridge compresser has a 10 years warranty but still service centre is asking me for the money, as i have misplaced my bill. It is also not possible for me to get a copy of bill as i have relocated to ranchi, jharkhand. I had called samsung customer care many a times, but no use, they are also not helping. It's really shocking that a brand like "samsung" can harres it's customer like this, because samsung centre is already having all the data of purchase but still it's harresing it's customer like this.
