Samsung India — convertible refrigerator cooling issue

I purchased samsung convertible refrigeration in may 2016. It started giving cooling problem as soon as it completed one year. Since than i have been interacting with samsung support. I logged complain no. [protected]. Their technician came and said he has to upgrade software and switched off the refrigerator. He did not turn up and when i called him again he said that part is yet to be received. On check witch part as he has suggested for software update, he switched off his mobile phone and not reachable since than. Later on i called up samsung service center and was assured that call will be attended next working day as refrigerator is in switched off condition. It is 5th day not and till date no call from samsung... This is classic case of pathetic service by samsung. Also their product has failed by one year so even quality is also a very big concern... I will request all my friends not to buy samsung refrigerator due to very poor quality and pathetic support.
Even i have to update this to croma retail from where this unit was purchase so that they are also aware about these things.
