[Resolved] Samsung India — cooling problem in refrigerator | |||
I had raised a Complaint for cooling complaint in Samsung India — complaint no [protected] which was resolved after several follow-up and now the same problem has arisen.Mr.mayank from partner Samsung service team had assure me that it will not going to re occur with in short span of time but I am facing the same issue again.i had paid the service charges at their applicable rates.Now I am not satisfied with the engineer and service quality .I want the replacement as the service team are not correcting the issue.
