[Resolved] Samsung India — dead gear galaxy watch not charging submitted to vcare samsung service center mumbai still not resolved | |||||
I purchased Samsung galaxy Note 9 and got offer of Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch discounted on 9999 Only the original price 24999/- i applied the offer and purchased galaxy gear smart watch from Samsung website and received 29/10/2018 from Savex technology Pvt Ltd. i checked watch and connected to mobile and use it the whole night and next day morning as it has pre charged battery around 65% that lost till afternoon and my watch get switched off so i start charging the watch with received adaptor i kept it for 4 hrs and tried to start the watch but it wont start, i wonder what is this it wont start the watch i was new to this so i read out the how to guide book and tried but not started. i keep it charge the entire night and tested on morning but it wont start . I search for Samsung service centre and visited the store and i met Mr. Narayan the service centre manager he took my request and given me acknowledgement copy on 01/11/2018 (15:52:32) Bill No -[protected] model name- SM-R810NZKAINU DEFECT DESCRIPTION- DEAD GEAR NOT CHARGING ACCESSORY - GEAR WATCH TAKEN WITH FULL BOX. here is the description- i ask them for full product replacement because Purchase date :- 29/10/2018 on bill Submitted to service centre:- 31/11/2018 on ack copy. i received a dummy/ faulty watch so i ask them for replacement against the product and DOA copy for my product so i can raise a replacement request with Samsung. the store manage has taken full box and watch submitted and given me acknowledgement copy for DOA( Dead On Arrive) he took 2 days to confirm and ready for DOA. 03/11/2018 i ask him for DOA copy he said i will give it you by afternoon when i reach to service centre for DOA copy he sail sir i need 4 hrs to pack the product. At evening the same day 03/11/2018 i called him for DOA he says me i asked to my senior and they are not ready to give a DOA against your product. i said what ...! why u are not giving me DOA he said sir you have purchased this product in offer so we are not able to give DOA. when i ask him whatever you are saying give it me in writing he is not ready . My concern is :- Samsung is not giving original products on offer may be selling the refurbished products or not faulty products without testing. i just want to know why Samsung is not giving replacement on product they sold on offers if i believe on Samsung service centre manager. Samsung store manager said to me we will repair your Samsung galaxy watch since then i took fallow ups with that guy and he was making me fool that the product parts not yet come it take 2 more days 3 more days kind of foolishness i was suffered and i called to Samsung care support the new drama began here. i disuses with support team and ask them for escalation matrix i want to escalate this that i was facing issue getting my watch. that Samsung care executive transferred the call to floor supervisor her name is Neha she has created one number [protected] and said this complaint number and took the service centre guy on call in that day i spend 3 hrs in call with Samsung 2 times they disconnect in between and 2 times i had brief them from scratch of sad story of galaxy watch. Neha Narayan and i were on call around 15 min and come to the conclusion that it will take another 15 days to completely repair my watch and still i din't get the answer WHY DONT I GET THE REPLACEMENT ..? even neha is not ready to give me in written that Samsung will not provide replacement on offered products after that i wait another 15 days and tried calling to narayan the store manager after 6 days of struggle he says the Sir your watch is ready. i visited the Samsung service centre vcare Mumbai on Friday 07/12/2018 6:55 PM. Evening. they keep me waiting 1.30 min. and given my watch, when i saw the watch they have repaired my watch with duplicate display and i can clearly see some dots on the screen. and submitted the watch again to them. if this kind of struggle Samsung wants from their valued customer. i want the product to be replaced and give me new or 12/12/2018 want my watch with proper repair. or i want my 9999 money back with some compensations. is this the service of Samsung 10000 Samsung galaxy gear smartwatch is not even working properly or the question Samsung selling the watch without testing or whatever offers on Samsung are faulty products. thanks and waiting i could find the justice from Samsung team... Oct 29, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved after 2 months of fallow up the company repaired my watch this is good to spend lacs of rupees on mobile n watch and take fallow ups daily Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
