[Resolved] Samsung India — Defective product and poor service | |||
I want to lodge a complaint against samsung as my refrigerator is not working and from last 12 days i am complaining but my problem is not getting resolve. My food stuffs are getting damage. As per diagnosis technician told me that compressor is defective besides this service center is not responding. i have purchased referigerator 2 yrs back compressor is still in warranty and from last 1 year i am continuously facing problems and when i ask in samsung customer care to communicate me with higher authority they don't use to forward their call.
