[Resolved] Samsung India — delay in installation of samsung led | |||||
Respected sir/madam, I have purchased samsung led (24') on 22 apr 18 and requested for installation of led to samsung customer care vide product request number. [protected]. Samsung service provider was contacted on 23 apr 18 for installation, they console me that installation will be done by 23 apr 18. I contacted service provide several times but there mob no. [protected] became swith off after 5 pm. I am very disgraced from the service provider at patna location because if they are unable to provide service in stipulated time atleast they must inform i will have done the installation form any other source provided in the marked. Pls after the matter and concerned service provider be cautioned for the same to maintain the company reputation in market. Was this information helpful? | |||||
