[Resolved]  Samsung India — delay in repair

I bought a samsung galaxy on nxt mobile from flipkart on 14 october 2017 in diwali offer. According to the offer i got free one time screen repair after paying rs.990 just as service charge. But when i went to samsung care, they are saying that it will take 15 days to repair, which is just frustrating cause i don't have such long time. I m fully frustrated with samsung service now. Plz help me to get it repair today...

I received a call from samsung and they said me to visit samsung care on 30 october. It's really frustrating that they are taking such long to resolve a small issue. plz atleast confirm my repair on 30 october or provide me a new handset..
