[Resolved] Samsung India — denying purchase of battery of samsung galaxy note edge (sm - n915g) at service center | |||
I ordered a battery of samsung galaxy note edge (Sm - n915g) at bangalore 's indira nagar, cmh road service center last friday 3rd may. They are not giving battery without producing phone in front of them. Its not a in-built battery (Can be replaced by anyone) and i purchased the same, around 2yrs ago from the same place without producing phone in front of them as phone is in use at different town and can't be make available. Samsung phones have known battery drip issues. Its a ~50k phone. How can they refuse to provide accessories to their customers. If they can't do this i want to return the phone itself and want the full money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
