[Resolved] Samsung India — didn't give back memory card | |||||
Hello sir. I bought this phone in july 2018 from amazon. This is to tell u that from 2 weeks i have been going to the samsung service centre mangalore. They made me come almost everyday saying that my phone samsung j6, has some or the other problem. Finally today i got it back. But it doesn't have memory card in it. While i had given my phone to them they had given me the sim card back only. Now they are lying that they gave back the memory card too. I am cent percent sure they didnt. And they didnt even tell that we are suppose to take back the memory card too. U can even check the cameras there. I need my memory card. I told them multiple times that it's with them. I am helpless despite knowing that they have it. I either want my memory card or a new cell phone. Help urgently Rekha Was this information helpful? | |||||
