[Resolved] Samsung India — display under warranty but yet not replaced | |||||
I have visited authorised service station of samsung solution provider at vidhyadhar nagar jaipur for display replacement of galaxy a7 due to damage service station got it replaced and delivered the phone. Eight days later the phone screen went black all of a sudden while i was on a call i went back with the request to change the display as it is under warranty for three months but they denied the plea saying it is damage not covered under warranty however there were no damage on screen as mentioned in report also i have already paid 6000 rs for display change. The screen display assembly was replaced for rs 5580 on 08.07.2017. All off a sudden the display got blank while talking on a call. The service acknowledgement request mentions No Physical Damage Found An Crack On Screen Internal Damage. How is it possible to crack the inside without any physical damage on outer. The tamper glass is also fully intact . I fail to understand this. The images of Bill dt 08.07.2017 and receipt dt 21.07.2017 is attached. Please resolve at earliest as I am unable to use my phone.
