I am here to complaint u that my samsung refrigerator was not working. We already gave complaint to audhorised company many times.. They were not responding to our complaint. Here i am giving the details of the product. Samsung 34k3753s9….. Purchased on 24/04/16 at sonovision….. Kakinada….. Still in warranty period…. Bill no se-862….. Mar 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Ph no 1800407267864 we dialled so many times to this number...every time they r receiving our complaint...used to say that they will send their engineer immediately..but no one was coming...this happens at least ten times...our Samsung refrigerator worked properly for only one year...since the date of purchasing...we were fed up by giving complaints to audhorised company...that’s y we approached to consumer rights...we have already warn them ...that we will take action against them...but they r ignoring...pls take action against that company...this is the worst service that we have ever seen Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
