[Resolved] Samsung India — double door refrigerator | |||||
Sir, i bought a samsung double door refrigerator in 1st week of june, 2017. Till date at least 40 visits have been done by many of the executives including the senior executives from gurgaon. The problem still persists. No one from samsung is officially ready to accept that the product is defective but all the executives who have visited so far silently agree that the product must be replaced with a new product. The problem that is that all vegetables, fruits etc. Have an icy layer when we open the refrigerator after two-three hours. Till date they have changed three sensors, inner wall and many other parts but in vain. Its a shame if a brand like samsung is not able to recall its defective product. I am definitely going to take the matter to the highest authorities as for the last four months i have only got assurances not result. Shame on samsung india. Dinesh nayal, mob. No. [protected].
