Samsung India — faulty refrigerator 551 liters*need replacement*

There is a big concern and worrying experience which i would like to raise for one of the best brand “samsung”
I purchased refrigerator 521 litres for rs. 75k on 6.4.2018 from local distributor “snehangali electronics” kandivali west mumbai 400067.
Model number: rt56k6378sl/tl /2018
Gross volume : 551 liters
Type: frost free
As of today its been 15 months and i have faced multiple issue like dripping from cooler section, sensor issue, indicator blink etc… the details are as below:
6.4.2018 – date of delivery and purchase.
8.6.2018 – dripping issue – resolved by cleaning inside panel.
11.6.2019 – dripping issue+ sensor replacement – paid rs. 649
14.8.2019 – indicator blinking error. – on hold (Verbal estimation rs. 3500+service charge)
I have paid heavy premium on samsung brand. We assumed life of such machine to be minimum 10 years and as per the current issue poping up now and then it seems after 6-7 months i need to scrap my refrigerator. There is more loss than benefit due to such issue which make food unusable. We have stored 9-10 kg of mango pulp worth rs. 8-9k which got rotten and straightaway was dumped.
Highly unacceptable from such brand. I expect urgent and serious resolution for this and please help me out with immediate replacement of the refrigerator. If you people cannot solve the issue it's better to confront rather than charging people money again n again. Very poor quality.
Also request you to share with the escalation point of contact at samsung refrigeration division (Not dsa).

At the time of buying, we have been confirmed, that this fridge have lot of good features, like no frost, 10 years compressor warranty, 15 years of life, inverter friendly.
But, sorry to say till now we have suffered alot. None of above things are seems comply to commitments of samsung. As, in spite of confirming that the fridge is having quality issues, and now it cannot be resolved. They are just killing the time and making us suffers physically and mentally.
We want the replacement of this fridge. You are requested to do the needful.
