[Resolved] Samsung India — fridge cooling not maintained, poor service | |||
We bought samsung fridge (Rt47m623esl) on sept 11, 2018 from reliance digital, gopalan mall, bangalore. It is not maintaining cooling from dec first week. We have lodged several complaints ref no [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] The engineer visited from unique service centre, old airport road bangalore in december first week & mentioned some part to be changed but he never came back.
