[Resolved] Samsung India — galaxy note 9 phone with a gear sport | |||
I preordered a samsung galaxy note 9 phone and i was told that i can claim a coupon code for purchasing gear sport at 4999/-. I was provided with a coupon code after a few days of purchase. But when i tried to claim the coupon code on the specified website there was no stock for the item. My coupon code was valid till 30th september and while i tried to purchase it there was no stock. After 2nd october the stock was available but my coupon code stands invalid. When i tried contacting them on twitter, facebook and livechat their response wasn't great. I request all the consumers to avoid purchasing a samsung phone as their after sales support is pathetic and they don't care about their offers. Once the customer purchases a phone then they will not even care about them. Was this information helpful? | |||
