[Resolved] Samsung India — Galaxy S6 | |||
I gave my Galaxy S6 which was purchased in Dubai for repair at Samsung mobile exclusive service center located at Kaveri complex Udupi. The complaint was I couldn't switch on the handset. I handed over the handset on 17th May 2017 with the assurance that they will open and let me know the cost of repairing by next day. Unfortunately no one was bothered to call me on the next day. So I again visited their service center on 19th and one of the senior staff named Mr. Sukesh handed over the damaged handset back to me saying that it can't be repaired in Udupi and I should try my luck at Samsung center at Mangalore!!! If the Udupi center is not professional enough to repair the handset, then why did they take it in the first place? Now I have a damaged handset whose display screen is broken by the so called "Samsung mobile exclusive service center". I have attached all the documents from the service center along with the photos of damaged handset. Await your positive response soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
