[Resolved] Samsung India — handset repairs | |
I had purchased samsung g615 j7 max samsung on 26th sept. 2017. I faced problems in the month of april 2018. It was about usb data connection problem and even the phone was getting hanged for almsot 12 hours. I gave the set for repairs on 2 july 2018 at your service centre at nipani - Sahara communication, 72/3, near bust stand, chikodi rd, nipani 591237. (Cntact centre no - 180040samsung). I got call back from them and i was shocked to hear that there is liquid login water problem. I am hundred percent sure that this is not the case, as i personally used this phone. This phone problem is from april and i sent the phone for repairs recently. If there is water login problem how its affecting after so many days. Inspite of saying this to your service centre, i got very rude answers from them.
