[Resolved] Samsung India — Harassment by samsung | |||
Dear Samsung Care, Im surrender my handset with Bill no. [protected] on 21 March 2017 with the issue of Battery after taking many followup through consumer forum Samsung after I get replacement of New handset on 26/04/2017 by using that handset Im facing issue in Line in display by using in 8 days. but this line growing after day by day so I surrender my handset to service center on 10/05/2017 with bill no. [protected]. in Alphabetic Business Machine service center Nasik. I think samsung decided to harass their customer by giving faulty refurbished handset in new packing. I also demand my money back in last complaint because Its my third time to submitting my mobile in samsung service center within few days. Why samsung people enjoying customers patience.?? Why samsung people Playing & enjoying with customers patience???? I ONCE AGAIN DEMAND MY MONEY BACK because I wont harass again with these pathetic service. Regards Riyaz Shaikh Ph.
