[Resolved] Samsung India — Hassle in delivery of my samsung a5 2016 phone from one of the service centres | |||||
Hello, On 23rd of march i gave my phone (samsung a5 2016) in your bellary service centre (ns mobile point, samsung service centre, bellary, karnataka, 583101). the bill no is [protected]. i gave the full adavance amount for the relacement of the broken lcd. the service centre had commited to deliver my phone within 10 days, but till now it is unbdelivered. the other issue is he is saying that my phone is ready but he cant give me a bill of samsung generated online. i suspect, there is seriously some flaw in the process of this particular service centre.
